Terms and Conditions
How it works and Proofs - Bespoke Designs
For bespoke requests please get in touch via our contact form or email. We will then send an email with questions you will need to answer - with details such as name, wedding date, venue, number of guests etc. On receipt of these details we will send another email with your quote (you have 7 working days to decide if you wish to go ahead) and our bank details - a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking after the 7 days. By paying the deposit, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that all bespoke quotes start at £200 and have a minimum order of 25.

Your quote includes up to 6 Proof changes, which are sent as a PDF via email using the wording and dates you provide us. Please check (and triple check) all proofs for content including spelling, layout, dates, design and addresses. We cannot offer a proof reading service so it is your responsibility to make sure everything is correct before they are signed off. If proofs are signed off incorrectly, and printed, Charlotte Wakeford Stationery takes no responsibility. If reprints are required you will be charged. On review of your proofs, if you see any amendments that are needed email these over to us ASAP.

Each proof can take up to 7 working days, depending on the work that is required. If more proofs or a printed sample are needed, this will require additional costs.
Once the final design has been signed off, the rest of the balance will need to be paid in full. Please make sure everything has been checked and you are 100% happy. Once signed off Charlotte Wakeford Stationery will not be liable for spelling/content mistakes. Please note, items will not be sent to print or shipped to you if full payment hasn’t been received.

Quotes
Quotes are valid for 7 working days from the date you receive it.

Designs
All designs are copyright of Charlotte Wakeford Stationery and cannot be reused, sold or printed by you or any third parties in any way. They may not be reproduced in any form without the prior written permission of Charlotte Wakeford Stationery. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs will be pursued.

Print & Colour
Colours on screen may appear slightly different on different computers and to the printed version. Although we try and match custom colours to the colours you request, it may not be exactly as it appears on screen. Due to the process/machinery used to print stationery, we cannot guarantee colours will 100% match any previous samples you may have seen.
All printing, both digital and foiled, may have an allowable variation of 3mm, this is print industry standard. Printing may occur in house, or by one of our trusted print partners. Large scale items such as table plans are always printed externally. Please note that the colour of externally printed items may differ slightly to that of the stationery produced in house. If reprints and/or extra invitations of digitally printed items are required at a later date, Charlotte Wakeford Stationery cannot guarantee exact colour matching to previous print runs, this is due to print press calibration as previously mentioned.

Credits & Promotion
Charlotte Wakeford Stationery reserve the right to include photos of final invitations and other designed goods in their portfolio including photos shared on social media and copies in sample packs. If you do not want photos of your stationery to be shared please do let us know via email.

Payment
Payment is by bank transfer and we will email details over once you have confirmed you would like to go ahead with your order. A 50% deposit is required initially, and then full payment when your design has been finalised and you have signed off the final proof. Without full payment, we cannot print or ship your order.
You will receive an electronic invoice as proof of payment.

Delivery and Returns
Deliveries will be sent tracked via Royal Mail or via courier, a signature will be required on receipt. You should receive your order within 7 working days from dispatch.
In the unlikely event you receive faulty items please send an email and photos of what is faulty over to us within 3 days of receipt. This is providing items have not been used and are still in the original condition. Failure to do so means we cannot replace any damaged items free of charge.
Please note - as our items are hand embellished there may be slight differences on each invite. This is not deemed as faulty. As wedding stationery is personalised a refund will not be given simply if you do not like it. This is not deemed as faulty. Our word is final.

Cancellations
For bespoke orders, your 50% deposit is non-refundable and covers administration and design work. If you decide to cancel before the first proof you may be entitled to your deposit back - this is at the discretion of Charlotte Wakeford Stationery. Cancellations cannot be made once final proofs have been signed off and paid for, due to the personalisation of your invites and print runs.

If you have placed an order online, with one of our semi-custom designs, please get in touch within 24 hours.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Your data is used to create your stationery. Depending on the method of print that you choose, the data that is relevant to printing your stationery, can be shared with our print partners. Charlotte Wakeford Stationery has ensured that our print partners also have up to date privacy polices that adhere to the GDPR.
We may use your completed stationery to showcase online on our website, social media and at events where we showcase our stationery. When used online we endeavour to ensure this does not show full details of your event and you may ask for this to be not be used or removed at any time. Your printed stationery may also be used in sample packs. We do not include RSVP’s with addresses or any invitations or details sheets that include private data such as addresses, email addresses and wedding websites.
We promise to respect your privacy and your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence and will be permanently deleted from our database exactly 1 year after the date of your wedding/event.

Office Hours
We can be contacted Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm via email or social media. We aim to respond to all enquires within 24 hours, unless you’re waiting on proofs, then please allow up to 7 working days as previously mentioned.

We take every effort to make sure that the information published on our website is up to date and accurate. We cannot accept liability for the accuracy of content. We reserve the right to change prices and products with no prior notice. If you notice any mistakes on the website please inform us asap and we will endeavour to fix it as soon as we can.
