Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work for semi-custom stationery?

Select your chosen design, add quantity and enter details into the info box, add to basket and check out. We will then be in touch within 24 hours to gather any more details we need to create your invite. Once we have this, we will design your invite and send over a PDF proof within 1-5 days. Up to 3 PDF proofs are included in the price, any additional proofs may incur a charge. PLEASE READ THROUGH ALL PROOFS CAREFULLY FOR SPELLING MISTAKES ETC. Once everything has been approved, your final invite design will be printed, assembled and sent to you within 4 weeks.


How does it work for bespoke stationery?

For bespoke requests get in touch via our email or contact form and we'll ask for all your wedding day info and quantity etc, and then we’ll send over a quote. We ask for a 50% deposit at this stage to get you officially booked in. Please note, by paying the deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. We will then send over a digital proof with the initial design and a further 5 proofs to get it perfect with all your details (a sample is available at an extra cost).

What does 300gsm mean?

300gsm is the thickness of the card, the higher the gsm number the thicker the card.

When should I send out my invitations?

Usually you send out your invitations 3-6 months before your wedding, if you are having caterers they normally need to know final numbers a few weeks before the big day. Save the Dates are usually sent out 6-12 months before your wedding. (Please allow more time for destination weddings).

If I don't want a whole invite suite, can I purchase products separately?

Yes! Each invitation listing has various different options in the drop down menu. 

How long is the lead time?

Although we aim between 4 - 8 weeks from initial contact, there may be delays that are outside our control. However we will keep you updated every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the UK, however if you do require international shipping, please get in touch. Please bear in mind though, that additional costs may occur at customs.

Shipping costs are not included in our prices. Shipping costs will vary depending on type of items ordered, quantity and location.

Can you print guest addresses onto envelopes?

For an extra charge yes, we can print guest addresses onto envelopes.

Do you do stationery for other events?

We are always looking to add other event stationery to our portfolio, so please get in touch with your requests.

How do I know how many invitations to send?

You don't need to send as many invites as you think. One invitation is usually sent to a household/couple/single person, and we suggest to order a few spare for any last minute invites you may want to send.


Can I add guest names to your semi-custom invitations?

Yes! All of our designs can be tweaked to suit your needs.


Do you do bespoke designs?

Yes we do! Please get in touch and we can discuss ideas with you. Please note bespoke designs start at £150.
